Only place to live is my parents basement which has flooded and previous hoarder livd there, What can I do so I don't get sick

Basically sister was a hoarder over the last week I've removed tons of went furniture , carpet all the drywall that was moldy, still have one room and a bathroom to reno.

I have to live here I have no where else to go but u don't want to get sick.

I wore a vented gas mask all week cleaning down here and it's finally smelling better.
