Just got my miyoo mini + and it glitches upon start up

Did anyone else order from keep retro? Ordered with onion os pre installed. When I power on, there is a static noise and glitch on the screen. Also when pressing “menu” to exit games I don’t see an option to save progress. It just exits the game. Otherwise it works fine.
