bestfriend is pregnant and it hurts a little ig

my bestfriend is pregnant again only a few months after the birth of her second child. she was very careful about telling me and super mindful about my feelings. I'm happy for her but super sad too. I wish i could have just one healthy pregnancy.. it just makes me sad and happy? Just wanted to vent a little. Thanks for reading🩷
