Everybody is different

This is my first MMC. I’ve been having light spotting since Christmas and I’ve been anticipating to bleed heavily but nothing yet. For those who opted to natural management how long did you had light spotting? how many day? How long did you beed heavily? I’m just trying to get some numbers here, I know everyone is different. Thank you so much! So sorry we’re all going through this. Baby is almost 9 weeks when we found out it’s an MMC (no heartbeat). I’m supposed to be 12w now.
