Any chance this is not a done deal?

I should be 6 weeks today, third and last beta was drawn at 18DPO (12 days ago).

Was up last night with severe cramping (first at 1am, then at 3am) and bleeding (one small clot, none since) and lightly bleeding this morning, no pain.

Waiting to hear on next steps from my doctor and care team (it was/ is high risk due to a uterine septum). I’ve more or less accepted this journey is over but wondering if anyone has experienced this and went on to see a heartbeat/ have a viable pregnancy?

Or, what can I expect next? The pain last night was terrible.
