I could imagine the scene going something like this:

Teammate 5: “We’ve been here forever.”

Everyone looks down with a sad face.

Teammate 2: “Should we even keep trying anymore?”

Camera pans towards teammates 7, 8, and 9, who have just appeared. Teammates 8 and 9 are on the floor, while teammate 7 is looking around shocked.

A few seconds after this, the camera goes back to the first six teammates.

Teammate 4: “Oh, more people!”

Teammate 1: “Wait, you guys don’t think that…”

Teammate 6: “…that they’re friends of protagonist name too?”

all six of them head towards teammate 7, 8, and 9. Teammate 8 and 9 get up.

Teammate 8: “Augh… what happened?”

Teammate 7: [Looking towards the first six teammates] “And who are you guys?”

Teammate 2: “Are you guys friends of protagonist name”

Teammate 9: “Yes, we are… how did you know that?

Teammate 4: “We’re friends of protagonist name as well!”

Teammate 7: “Wait, really?”

Teammate 1: “Yeah. We’ve been stuck in this place for way too long.”

The Dark Lord laughs in the distance. Everyone looks in shock, and the scene fades out.
