Rez hierarchy?

I'm a ball main and just thought of a scenario with a Mercy rezzing me, where I could then use that time to pressure the enemy team for anyone else dead to catch up or regroup, but it got me thinking:

As a Mercy, who do you usually prefer to rez in a situation/do you have an idea or tiers or is it solely situational?
