Seriously…

It’s been over a week since it was delivered and that’s not my problem. Plus I have video of my packing it up and that coffee mug was so well packed that if this was broken when he got it, it had to have been slammed around and even then I don’t know how on earth it could have broken.

I replied that I know how it was packed and it was carefully inspected before it was packed. I told him there’s nothing for me to do at this point and that he will have to file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment.

I posted about this purchase when it came in that it made me uneasy that he was buying from me as his first purchase ever and I wish I would have listened to my gut lol. But as far as I know, he can’t do anything since it’s past the 3 days or whatever. The sale auto-rated.
