Vaginal estrogen

First of all, I am not a candidate for systemic HRT: I have migraines with aura and had an ocular stroke when I was in my 30s. I've been taking vaginal estrogen for a month or so and I am absolutely feeling disgusting. The bloat and sore boobs!!!! I've been reading on here about hyaluronic acid but I just need help. I'm just blindly and desperately searching for help. I've read that the bloat goes away and then I have read that it doesn't. I am sick of blindly searching on my own for help with menopause because the medical community is absolutely of no help at all. All I know is I'm sick of the dryness, painful sex, and itching and in trying to rectify it, I now feel like a disgusting pig and look like I'm nine months pregnant. Can someone please help? 😩
