Being in public triggers episodes
I haven't officially been diagnosed yet but my GP suspects Meniere's and has given me prochlorperazine for symptom management for the time being.
I just wanted to ask if being in public triggers episodes for anyone else?
Whenever I'm in public, especially in grocery stores, my ears feel blocked, my tinnitus gets worse, I get really bad head pressure and I start feeling very dizzy. Colours also change in my vision during these episodes, it's hard to describe but the colour grading of my vision changes. These episodes usually last for a few hours but I've also had some episodes that have lasted 2 weeks.
These episodes started after I got covid last year. I also have visual snow since then but not sure if it's related.
