How do you trust its mediumship & not just your own thoughts?

I have often had experiences where names, or sentences popped into my head. Sometimes I also forget about my cooking 😶 and I randomly remember just in time - it happened a few times, sometimes I felt like it was spirits reminding me lol.

I think my most craziest psychic experiences were: I once had a very brief but clear dream where my sister got into a small car accident, I somehow knew it was a small one even though I didn't actually see the car in the dream I just saw them in the car and knew they were OK. + I had other details too, such as a police station.

Well before they went I did tell one of my sisters about this, I think I mentioned they ended up being okay. When they got home one of them told me they actually got into a crash, and the details matched my dream?? The crash happened a day or 2 after my dream, so it felt very.... Uncoincidental.

Another weird experience, but one day me and a sibling were watching a show - some bingo one, I kept getting the answers right but I was just using my intuition lol. I literally kept getting it right.. Even she was baffled (is this a thing?)

My most recent and very crazy ones:

I somehow knew 3 peoples names. One of these names was not very basic either..

These were people my close friend knew, when she mentioned them to me, I just remember wondering their names and I guess in a jokey casual way I tried to intuitively guess and I very clearly heard the name X

My friend confirmed I was right, then it happened again with another friend, its just so weird. We were walking, she spoke of this other friend and I somehow just knew her name because I again tried to connect it in my mind / ask spirit.

It happened again with the exact friends name I guessed but with her brother this time 😅 I just "knew" Their names were quite basic which can make me doubt but idk.. It's still weird. The other name definitely wasn't, atleast to me.

I sometimes joke that I'm psychic but my friend doesn't believe and thinks that maybe she told me their names in the past but I gen don't remember.

I also saw clearly my passed grandad as a child, I have some other experiences that make me think I definitely have it and 2 mediums told me i have it.

Today during a live one told me my 3rd eye is very open and that I'd be an amazing medium and am very psychic. The other psychic who told me was a lady who read me 2x for free and was always very very accurate. It was magical.

Also a few years ago I made an Instagram psychic account purely to test it all, I was only about 14.. Lol - but I had many people say I was very accurate, I also had someone who rly wanted to pay me because they thought I deserved it as I was so good. As of now I feel. Like. I wouldn't be so good..

I would. Love to know ways I can develop it and trust it, and how to connect with my spirit guides.
