What happened?
This is the first time I post here ! I noticed many people have been meditating for many years and that's great . Unfortunately to me or fortunately for me I just needed 3 days to stop all stream of thoughts. I can still think but it's orderly or coherent isn't random anymore . Before starting to meditate I wished to achieve inner peace ! I don't know if somehow I manifested inner peace or meditation helped me even though it was really for a short time period. My question is what really happened to me ? Btw I used to be extremely pessimistic and in constant battle against depression. Is there anyone here who might know the answer ?
