Suggestions for a jack that would lift a heavy table off casters

I've designed a table to make it easier to measure things with our PCMM arm around our facility but am finding limited ways to lift it off of casters for stability. The table structure will be made of 2.5" steel angle bar with a 25x44" top, likely 1" thick and weigh about 425lb. With one of our heavier parts on top, the total load could reach about 800lb.

I thought I'd find lifting mechanisms purpose-built for this sort of thing but the floor locks I figured I'd use aren't actually meant for lifting. It'll probably require a screw mechanism like: https://www.globalindustrial.com/p/chrome-steel-leveling-jack-4-12-to-21-12-5000-lb-cap-987700

I'd go with the style of caster that has a built-in floor lock, but none that I've found have large enough wheels that I think they'd work well on our floors that have a fair amount of cracks and debris.

Can anyone suggest a lifting / leveling solution that can support this kind of weight and mount to the side of a piece of angle iron?

Thanks!
