05 Avalon Maintenance

Hey, I've got an 05 Avalon about to hit 220k miles and coming up on the next oil change. I recently had spark plugs and rack and pinion done. The shifting has always been a little clunky since I first got it (almost three years ago) but it's got a little noticeably worse in the past few months. I found the owner's manual online but can't seem to find the maintenance schedule. So I'd appreciate any recommendations for servicing but it is also a salvage so I'd prefer to not throw in too much money where possible. I assume changing the transmission fluid would be a for sure though. Thanks!
