How am I gonna become a lawyer

This year I decided I wanted to take my academic life seriously, first and second year I performed horribly everything was Cs and Ds because I simply did not care, this year however I am doing well because I actually started trying and decided I wanted to get into law school. However I got 1 C this semester which broke my heart (the final was so hard). Are my chances of law school zero to none. Am I just bound to work at McDonald’s
