Concept I have for an army, Ogor Custodes

so the idea goes as this: magnetize and kitbash ogor and custodes models so that i can use them for both aos and 40k. Thoughts? I have not played either armies so I don't know how possible this is but it seems like a fun idea for an army to see on the table.
