Discarding my Bed Frame need comfort alternative

I am turning my bedroom into a (bedroom and) ready to go podcast/video show studio. For my room to be easily/cheaply transformable I am discarding my bedframe, therefore having my mattress as the only thing to move every time we need to record a show.

I am pretty content with just sleeping with the mattress on the floor but was wondering if there was some sort of mattress support that isn't a bed frame that can go under the mattress to help with comfortability and body support (obviously needs to be mobile).
