[New Player Experience] Playing against the same deck over and over again

Hi, I just started playing a day or two ago and was having a lot of fun with it. Once I worked my way into bronze, I noticed that most if not all the players I faced were using some variant of the same discard/destruction deck (with Elektra, Nova, Apocalypse, Blade, Wolverine, Carnage, etc). What was fun has become a little tiresome and not just because I've started losing. I wouldn't mind losing to decks more powerful than mine as much if there were was a little more variety in my opponents.

I don't have all the cards to make the deck myself, but I don't know if I want to anyway because playing a mirror match every game sounds even more boring.

Are there other good decks in this game or is it that this deck is just very efficient for the level I'm at?
