Oddities while playing 2099?

Has anyone else been noticing weirdness while playing Doom 2099 or am I extremely unlucky? Played many games in a row last night and was matched against bots the majority of the time, but when I got matched against real players, it was as if 2099 got buried to the bottom of my deck each time.

Tried again this morning and same thing - only times I actually draw 2099 is against bots.

The card is certainly too strong in its current state. Am I just extremely unlucky? Or is 2099 being forced to play against mostly bots until they fix him? Curious if others have noticed any similar strangeness lately.
