New To The Marvel, How To Proceed?

Hello, I have never read any Marvel Comics. But I have seen couple of the movies (Iron Man 1/2, Guardians of the Galaxy 1/2, all of the Deadpools) I want to read comics since they are bit more exciting. Now with Marvel Rivals, I know more of the characters and I want to learn more about them. How to proceed in this big sea of comic series? Should I also watch the movies?
