Husband spent almost the whole night at a wedding talking to the one woman.

As the title says, my husband and I recently went to a friend’s wedding. He spent about 2 of the 4 hours just standing there talking to his best friend’s wife (standing away from everyone) whilst the rest of us mingled. I don’t think he likes her, but I think it’s still disrespectful. Am I being weird about it?
