Is English the only language that uses the term, “high”, when it comes to marijuana?

Also bonus question is: what’s marijuana called in other countries? Like in China , what Chinese characters do they use?

I wanted to edit the title but instead of term I meant to say the concept of “being high”. As in another plane of understanding.
