Marathon with ór without music
Hi all,
Just your opinion; do you run your marathon with ór without any music (e.g. AirPods / headphones)?
I have never ran a marathon before but I am in training for a couple of months already. Myu frst marathon will be in April in London. I do notice that music can definitely motivate me during trainings, and also get me into some a kind of mode where I get relaxed and be able to finish my long-runs easily.
I know that this is personal preference, but what do you prefer during race day? The crowd is there for 'us' and I can imagine that they can also motivate you during the race.
Happy to hear some thoughts.
