Can I Balance Marathon Training with Two Ski Holidays? Need Advice!

Hi everyone! I’ve been training since December for a marathon in early April, following an 18-week training plan. So far, my longest run has been 22 km (13.6 miles), and I feel good about my progress.

However, I have two ski holidays coming up in weeks 12 and 15 of my training plan, and I’m unsure how to handle this. Skiing will take up the majority of my days, and while I might be able to fit in some tempo/pace sessions, doing long runs after a full day on the slopes seems very challenging.

I haven’t signed up for the marathon yet because I’m worried I won’t be able to stick to my plan and finish strong on race day.

Has anyone else juggled skiing and marathon training successfully? Should I try to adjust my plan or postpone my marathon goals? Any tips or encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
