Guide recommendations - restoring the peace, highest difficulty

Dear community, I would like to give the restoring the peace scenario on highest difficulty a real shot. Quick searches on steam community and youtube didn't yield the results for a great guide that I hoped for, but maybe I oversaw something. Are there some guides you can recommend, preferably rather recent ones so the strategy was not patched away since then? Ideal would be something to reach and watch in 10-20 minutes but I am happy to adjust.

My last attempt failed because once I hit my first lvl2 plots (to start producing equipment to defend myself against the raid), my villagers started to become discontent as I didn't provide ale, which made me drop under 50% happiness, stalling my efforts to build up a militia. I am not sure how I can resolve the lack of entertainment while simultaneously ramping up my weapons industry, so I need to turn to help. Thanks!
