What’s your favorite highlighter?

I’m hoping I can go get one before it’s time to go out tonight for new years lol. Sorry if it’s a dumb question, I’m not that good at makeup but I’ve had a lot of fun getting better.

Bonus points if it can be bought at ulta and bonus points if it’s an amazing cheap product. My favorite highlighter ever was the wet n wild liquid highlighter for $6. I borrowed someone’s nice powder highlighter and it was fantastic, but I don’t remember what it was called. Maybe it’s a skill issue but any other powder highlighter I try just doesn’t do anything good and it seems like powders are way more popular than liquid for highlighters.
