Liquid eyeliner that won’t smudge

Hi all! Ive just recently started getting into doing my eyeliner. I really like extending it in to my inner corners. I use L’Oréal infallible in black but it tends to smudge for me! I’m wondering what you would recommend that’s liquid, black, and will not smudge but can also be removed at night when I want it off lol. Bonus if it’s easy to apply as I’m still learning :’)

Also- do I need to use primer first? My lids do tend to get slightly oily but I’m not sure if that’s affecting the inner corners too.
