An unused old office space - anyone come across these?

Hey all,

I'm currently looking to rent out a really cheap office space for a team of 100. I'm looking to refurb it myself and preferably would be a long forgotten office space where the owner frankly just wants rid of it for a low price.

Has anyone seen something like? Or, is there an area where there's more likely to be Alquiler signs that I can walk through and have a nice browse? Some area where there used to be a load of offices but remote work has left them unoccupied?
