Confused About Madden Mobile’s Purpose—What’s the App Really Designed For?
Hey guys,
I’ve been enjoying Madden Mobile for a while now, but I’m honestly confused about the app’s overall purpose and how it’s meant to be experienced. I’ve noticed some limitations, like the stamina system, but I’m wondering if I’m missing the bigger picture.
Here are some questions I’d love insights on, whether from long-time players or anyone familiar with the game’s development:
What’s the main goal of the app? Is it designed to be a quick, casual game where you log in a few times a day? Or are there ways to engage with it for longer sessions?
Is gameplay supposed to be the focus, or is it more about collecting and building your team? I feel like a lot of the events revolve around rewards and upgrades, which makes me wonder if playing games is secondary to team management.
How do you personally make the most of Madden Mobile? Do you focus on specific modes, grind certain events, or follow a daily routine? I’d love to hear strategies for maximizing enjoyment despite things like stamina limitations.
For those who’ve worked on or understand the app’s development, what’s the intended experience for players? I imagine the stamina system, event cycles, and rewards are part of a bigger plan. How do these features fit into the vision of the game?
Is EA’s strategy for creating a successful madden mobile gaming experience to just make us pay significant amounts of money to essentially do anything in the app? Seems pretty shameless, I feel like I have to be missing something here.
I would appreciate any tips, insights, or background on how others approach the game, especially as someone who ideally doesn’t want to spend any money on the app but does really enjoy it. I wish there were game modes that would allow me to be on the app for long periods of time but essentially there’s 20 minutes of actual gameplay before running out of stamina. Thanks in advance for the feedback
