Who should I draft?

I’m pretty new getting back into franchise. Haven’t played since madden 19. I did fantasy draft and am in week 11. Looking for my long term QB to develop and take to multiple super bowls. I see a lot on this Reddit saying look for elite ratings and wonder which would be better, I have the rnd 1 pick 2 and pick 32 as of right now. And looking for any suggestions?
