5 Axis Workholding

My boss is very close to purchasing a Mazak i700, we are a mold shop and our goal is to make mold components and do mold plate work in the machine so we can cut multiple sides in one set up. The machine is pretty big (700mm dia x 500mm table) so for mold plates it will work well but for smaller components we will need a vise with a riser so we can reach past the table and not have super long tool holders.

I was looking at the Schunk Vero direct work piece clamping system, I think that it would work well for plates. Lang stuff for there vises and the Quick Point system with there sub plates and risers look very nice. I'm just not really sure if it would be a good idea to mix systems like that unless we mount a Lang sub plate to Vero pulls studs to attach it to the Schunk stand offs on the table.

I may be looking at this totally wrong but if anyone could share some input on how you do it or what's a good idea that would be greatly appreciated!
