MSI US Store Checkout Trouble

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with checkout on the MSI Us Store, I’m trying to buy a B650 Tomahawk motherboard and it just says that my payment declined and that it can’t go through. I’ve tried with my card, my parents card too. I’m sort of stuck, anyone know?
