Please review my profile for Fall '25

Hey guys, I'm planning to apply for Fall 25. Would love to get your opinions on my profile and shortlisted universities.

Profile:

• University: Tier 3 Indian University
• Degree: B.Tech CSE
• CGPA: 8.67/10
• Research : 1 paper in JETIR (i don't think this is worth mentioning)
• GRE : 318 (163Q, 155V)
• TOEFL: 109
• Work Experience: 1.5 YOE as Software Engineer at Capgemini. Then working in Education(11th 12th Jr College) (Family Business because dad's health wasn't good)
• LOR :- 2 Academic, 1 Manager at CapG.

University choices

Ambitious/Holy Grail :- GaTech, UCSD MSCS, UCI, Stony Brook, USC
Target :- NCSU MSCS, SJSU
Safe:- ASU MSCS, (would NEU would be a safe choice?)

Please be honest about my chances and suggest me any replacements for my university choices. Am i being too pessimistic?
