MRI simulator
Hi, I'm using MRiLab in Matlab to simulate MRI images. I am using the Spin Echo sequence and first I will keep the TE values constant and vary the TR values, comparing with a real image.
However, doing the simulation I found some strange things and I would like reddit's help to answer them:
- Why are the simulated images so much darker than the real images?
- What are the artifacts that appear in the simulated image? (black and white pixels that cause "blurring")
3) Why does the fat and the white matter are gray and not completely white?
ps: in all simulated images I used a 90° flip angle!
