Why does the waterfalls at Kaufmann Stadium look like Plastic Sheeting?

Like god damn, why are the graphics so bad. The jerseys are always looking blurry, and dont get me started on the grass situation. Just painted on.

Can we get real water effects and grass? I dont mean to be a whiner about something so insignificant, but it really takes me out of the immersion aspect.
