Is the quick sim okay?

Downloaded MLB The Show 24 yesterday after 150+ hours on 23; decided to start a franchise with the White Sox. Spent an hour or two getting the lineup in a reasonable state, sim through the first game.

I lost 26-0 at home to the tigers.

Is the sim broken or is this just what happens in a White Sox game?
