Opening new office pay

What kind of pay bump would you think is reasonable for opening a new office in another city for an established MEP firm? Back story: I’m a senior level mechanical PE and wanted to move to another city a couple hours away. I pitched the idea of me moving and just being a remote worker, coming back for a day once every week or two. The bosses agreed but then pitched the idea of me opening a new office in the new city. Pay hasn’t been discussed. I would have to establish new clients, hire new employees etc with the assistance of our head office - so not the same amount of work as starting my own company but still extra effort. Thoughts?
