Vitamin D3/K2 caused a major flare

Anyone here not able to tolerate vitamin d3? I have tried several different types and brands and always get a pretty bad flare. The last type I tried is liquid d3/k2 in Mct oil. It caused a severe flare and I’m miserable right now. I guess I’m going to give up on it for now and maybe try another brand after my body calms down.
