LM indicted on the federal charges yet?

Has LM not yet been indicted on federal charges, or has he been indicted by a grand jury already, but it hasn’t been formally processed yet? There is no public record confirming that a federal grand jury indictment has been issued against him. I’m thinking there’s a complaint, but not yet an indictment.
