Why are the Roads not bloody Salted
Just got off work at my 3rd shift job, and there is a fine sheet of light powdery snow on the roads. Not the good heavy stuff that compacts well so the tires can grip, but fine stuff like driving on sand. It makes it dangerous when coming to a stop at lights, or taking off from a stop at them as well as taking corners.
And my question is where are the damn salt trucks, the road should have been salted last night or they should be now. Hell Meijers on Preston has the sense to salt at least the lanes up and down the rows of parking if not the spots themselves.
What the hell, it never used to be like this in the city the entire time I was growing up.
