help installing

Long story short, i'm trying to install on my Lenovo ZUK Z2.

Never did sth similar before, followed instructions on lineageos.org, got to the last step where I have to do ADB Sideload........ and it always fails at 47%. Tried multiple versions, they all fail at the same spot. Any advice would be appreciated

EDIT: Fixed by QTSP flashing chinese 1.9 ZUI, then TWRP installing 3.5 ZUI. After that everything works as in instructions.
