Promoted early in my career & anxious.

Hi, I (30M) have been working in the Dental industry for only 3 months. I had gotten such high remarks on my performance that I got promoted to a Business Manager for a dental clinic.

I'm now in charge of some Doctors, Hygienists & Dental assistants + front desk staff along with pretty much all the things that happen in a clinic. It's alot of responsibilities and I've been especially groomed for the position since day one of my hire. I worked my first day as a BM today and it felt pretty overwhelming in terms of responsibilities but i feel like their is alot of room for potential and growth.

This is a dark clinic that has been in the negative for over a year and it is my job to bring it to the green essentially.

My backstory is I've been a bartender since I was 21 so I have never had any kind of position of importance that involves telling others what to do.

I just would like any kind of general advice that would help me from anyone that is experienced in Management or just in general. I would really appreciate it <3

Ps: I am mainly looking for advice on the managing of people and feeling anxious about it, not the financial/business side as I feel good about that. However I'll take any and all advice!
