What to read next?
I just finished the trilogy yesterday and WOW!!! It was just such an incredible experience! I've been reading for a couple of years and I've never had book hangover like this. I just want to erase my memory and start over again! This has totally changed reading for me. I feel like before I was just reading to get through a book or get to the next one (not to say I didn't enjoy them). And for the first time, I just wanted to take my time and immerse myself in this world.
So anyway.... I am extremely new to this genre! So I'm hoping you all will have more experience than me and help me recapture that feeling! (Although I know it will never be the same)
Things I loved about the Licanius trilogy: -Lovable characters (and getting pov) -Mystery/intrigue -Fleshed out but not convoluted magic system -"Show don't tell" -Most importantly, puzzle pieces falling into place. James Islington clearly thought the series though from the beginning and the number of times that I had to take a step back and reassess what I already knew as pieces started to fit together was just perfect!!!
I'll take whatever suggestions you have!!!! Thank you so much in advance! (And yes I have read The Will of The Many!)
