Several minor/annoying issues that make my LOQ experience quite frustrating

For my first gaming laptop, I decided to buy a Lenovo LOQ a few months ago. Unfortunately, I have been encountering a few issues that can be quite annoying. I have seen a few posts on the Internet regarding the same issues, but none really provided a real solution. I hope you can help me out!

- Very often, when I turn on my computer, the screen doesn't turn on. I have to force shut down the computer and turn it back on again, sometimes several times in a row.

- Despite the laptop high specs and the medium settings I use, the computer often freeze during loading screen while playing video games. The only solution is to force shut down and restart again.

- A few times a day, the keyboard stops working for 5-10 seconds, which can easily make online gaming a nightmare.

These issues do not prevent me from using my computer for work, but for a $1000+ investment, I was expecting something better.
