Are titles like CyberPunk wasted on an 8 inch screen?

I've only played 2 games on my Legion Go, Arkham City and CyberPunk, both with incredible scenery shots....but I feel like I'm missing the experience on a handheld, are other games like racing/fighting, indie games only recommended for handhelds?
