Trouble shoot help needed

So the right controller is just not working right. The thumb stick only. This is ghe results on hardware tester of the full movement it picks up. Both spinning as much as they Can. In game it will look down and a lil left n right if lucky

Also legion R and Legion L buttons are not working like before.

Iv tried full factory reset Nd changing SSDs back to the original no luck. opening up the right controller shows no sign of liquid damage. It basically broke over night and im stumped and devastated.

So any help is gladly welcome
