1L Grades

Just got my Fall 1L grades back and feel decent when considering the low curve, but worry about what all B's look like to employers. We do not receive a class rank until the end of our first year, but do firms know about your school's curve/ is there a way to show that you are in an upper percentage of your class? I do not have any plans on BL, but want to aim for midsized, regional firms. There are not many law schools in the state, so I am hoping the in-state network has some pull. Looking to see if anyone has reassurance or advice on my goals and grades! I have dedicated a lot of time to networking this semester as well, so I am hoping that comes into play too.
