Despite only being around for three seasons I feel like Cutter has some of the most memorable EADA moments in the series

Between "Systemotics", "I'm not like the other dogs, I don't stop", gaslighting the woman who manipulated Lupo into thinking he was on her side and then rug pulling her on the stand, etc. he just had a really high "impact" with comparatively small screentime (I know he had multiple seasons to work with but it's not like he had half a decade or more like some other series prosecutors).

Like he is DEFINITELY hammy especially in court and does some absolutely morally questionable stuff throughout the series but the tension he has with McCoy and the detectives is always entertaining to see them work through.
