Lums or abroad

Hi, I was thinking about applying to lums. I have done fsc. My plan is changing as I have decided to study one year of BSCS at Virtual university and then apply for English programs in Computing in Germany. Instead of lums, this approach is also cheap comparing Germany has no tuition fee for universities.
