Anyone having issue with RXO not honoring LG's delivery window?
My buddy bought a couple TVs on Friday (via regular LG, not the Partner Store) and the delivery window was slotted for tomorrow.
He got his day-ahead notification from RXO today that directs him to their site with their tracking, and now it wants him to schedule a delivery with the earliest being Dec 20th. Items show they've arrived at our local warehouse, but even when he called the RXO number and the woman tried to call the hub, no one answered. She said she would forward an email to slot for an earlier delivery time from the 20th to which he replied "No. Not earlier. Tomorrow. As advertised."
He's rightfully pissed. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same and if they were able to pickup directly from their local RXO.
